Taco Bell Doritos Loco Taco Supreme: Despite the word “crazy” in the name, this is probably the safest out of the bunch. You get your typical lettuce shards, weirdly perfect squares of tomato, plastic shavings of cheddar cheese, too gooey sour cream and premium seasoned “beef,” which has been called into question over the last few years. It’s all placed in between a taco shell made out of Doritos. We take it back: This one is very questionable.
Pizza Hut Hot dog-stuffed crust pizza: Pizza and hot dogs are typical on-the-go snack food, so why not put the two together? Pizza Hut restaurants in the U.K. now offers this duo. The pizza has a hot dog-stuff edcrust, which is served with a mustard drizzle. No word if you’re supposed to eat the pizza or the hot dog side first.
Pizza Hut Crown Crust Cheese Burger Pizza: Not to be outdone, Pizza Huts in the Middle East have laden their pizza crusts with tiny insets to perfectly fit a cheeseburger patty. Mmm… you can almost taste the heart attack in every bite.
Kentucky Fried Chicken Double Down: Don’t like bread? Try the KFC’s Double Down: Two pieces of bacon, two melted slices of Monterey Jack and pepper jack cheese and Colonel's Sauce sandwiched between two chicken breasts. At just 540 calories (and 1380 grams of sodium) it’s a treat you can enjoy again and again -- but probably not after that.

Sugar-laden sauce with hot dogs is placed on top of a pile of noodles and traditionally served with a chicken leg to hit all the essential food groups.
